“Fabulous stay at this hotel”

Lovely hotel in beautiful gardens . Our bedroom ( Tanzanite Room) was on ground floor , & was a big room , with lovely ensuite , fridge for any drinks you purchase. We requested a coffee tray to our room ( coffee machine ) the night before as we were leaving at 7 am following morning to get to airport , & so would miss breakfast. Ground Coffee was lovely. We ate at the Sapodilla Restaurant , which was in gardens next door to hotel ( part if the family company). This was amazing food.

Wish we had had an ocean view. Mattress a little soft for my taste but my wife liked it. Quite a few stairs at the entrance to carry suitcases up.

“Simple, Yet Wonderful Hotel”

We stayed at the hotel for only a short time, but it was enough to have a truly positive experience. First and foremost, our check-in had to be done at 10 PM due to a significant delay with Bahamasair. The front desk staff - DAVRIAN - warmly welcomed us and even arranged for a pizza since we were starving. At checkout, they provided us with fresh fruit, even though breakfast service hadn’t started yet. The hotel offers airport transfers and rides to other areas of Nassau at a very reasonable price. While the building and furniture are a bit dated, this actually adds a certain charm to the hotel. Throughout our stay, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend the Ocean West Boutique Hotel!

The breakfast was very good and served in my room and I could book the same room as last year. The view from my room was beautiful, looking out over the pool area to the sea in the distance.
