Excellent management, owners and Mr. O'Neil, the guy that takes care of the place... AC in the dorm, quite neibourhood, nice terraces, full boarded kitchen for the guest to use, ckean bathrooms, hot water, and a place easy to find, not to far from the city center but far enough to avoid car noises. Property is in a nice area, 30 min from Paradise beach, Junkanoo beach, tour boats, etc. Supermarket at 10 min walk.

I've stayed in many hostels across the world and it was certainly one of the best. The rooms were pretty spacious, the place was very clean. They have a common area for people to hang out and a pretty well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals.

The location is close to main area and attractions. It takes 25 mins to go to the beach or downtown. The environment is peaceful amd this place is very clean. I would recommend.

The location was great! Quick walk to paradise island and close to local restaurants and super markets. I stayed in the private room seperate to the house and was very happy with the room. O'Neil the manager was great! He picked us up from the airport and offered great suggestions for the area.

The house is charming, with a great outside area with a few couches. Lockers are available.

The kitchen was clean and well functioning with lots of storage space. Also the other facilities were clean. We had ac in our private room. Quiet at night. Value matches price. Laundry possibility and airport shuttle available.

The price is not expensive but all the onboarding and check in is not good, The hose is super old and not very comfortable, The location is pretty fine - 20 mintues walking from the oldtown

Amazing place and fabulous concept for budget and especially solo Travellers, I meet soo many new people and made so many friends. I love the place too nice clean and everything you need to stay.

Everything was absolutely spot on, Oneil and Edward were excellent ,always helpful and friendly. The room is clean and bed is comfortable . All the rooms has a safe net in windows for protection . Aircon works and doesn't smell bad at all. The kitchen has all the utensils that you need, even the big pans they have. Bathroom is always clean , and smells good. The house is always tidy and organised. The location is great!! near downtown and also walk in distance to paradise island.

I stayed at Hillcrest in Nassau and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. - Communication and management: I had an urgent situation with my flight schedule and contacted the property several times. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received a definitive response only very late and it was a refusal. This left me unable to plan my day and caused unnecessary stress with my onward journey. - Transport information: when you book, the property sends a leaflet misleadingly giving instructions that public transportation is available to/from the airport, but in Nassau this does not exist. This caused serious difficulties on arrival and departure. - Staff behavior: the person present at the hostel, Oneil, contacted me at 2 a.m. before my arrival to sell me a $40 taxi transfer, did not welcome me and constantly repeated me a list of things I could not do since the very moment I arrived. His constant presence, together with the very high number of surveillance cameras everywhere, made the atmosphere unpleasant and uncomfortable (the place is also known for self check-in/out but this person actually lives on site and acts as an informal taxi driver, charging guests for rides). - Room conditions: the air conditioning was set at an unreasonably low temperature with only a thin sheet provided. When I unplugged it, I was scolded (after more than 20 hours I left the hostel, can you imagine?). - Cleanliness: I repeatedly saw cockroaches in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, including on dishes and utensils while I was cooking. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or well-treated as a guest. The property did not respond either to me or to Booking.com after my complaint. I eventually received a small compensation from Booking, but I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone.

No TV , backyard dirty , The host was very rude, we spent a day without electricity, the food I have in the refrigerator some damage I had to put in the garbage ,he gave me a torn beach towel, one afternoon I went out to the patio to smoke a cigarette and the chairs and table were all dirty, I request some money back !

I waited outside for 5 hours before someone came to help me, they forgot to send me the information........ it was hot and no one was answering my phone. I connected with booking it was not helpful too, and finally one of the stuff came to city center to pick me up and also request me to pay additional transfer fee, WT..... there was no water provided and it was far from everything !!!

The room was big enough, was good to have a kitchen and a living room.
