“Appalling customer service”
They unceremoniously cancelled my long-held booking with less than 24 hours' notice and moved me to a hotel much further from the station, so I had to catch a taxi to get my luggage to the station. When I said I was unhappy, they didn't care. Really unwelcoming to a single female traveller from the southern hemisphere. But they don't care.

Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe twin room overlooking town and fjord. Very comfortable room and clean and friendly helpful staff. Good location.

The staff were brilliant. We had travel problems and reception could not do enough to help us extend the stay until the railway reopened. By the time we left the restaurant staff treated us as part of the family!

“Good but weird electrical design in the room”
Hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to everything. Comfy room with kettle and a fridge. I liked that the windows opened so I could get fresh air in.

“Lovely hotel, in a great location, with superb views”
The hotel was in a fabulous location, and close to everything. The breakfast buffet was really nice, and a good selection to choose from. The staff were friendly. There is also a gym located nearby, which hotel guests can use free of charge. Also the views from the hotel rooms facing the main road, are absolutely stunning with mountain views
