The patience of the operators in dealing with the situation. I was booked for the wrong dates, but they were able to accommodate me. Then, the language barrier was easily overcomed by body language, and all went well.

I can't say how the property exceeded my expectations! From the pictures it looked like an average retro studio, but it is very spacious and clean, travelling with 2 kids was a breeze. Comfy beds, not to say, for the price it is the best studio I have ever stayed in. No fancy appliances, just a great place to stay for 1-2 nights!

The apartment was very clean and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Location is good and it is a pleasant 20 min walk to the centre through Pushkin street.
