We have been returning to this hotel many times, and overall it remains a place we truly love. The level of service in most areas is simply outstanding. The restaurant, the reception, and especially breakfast consistently exceed expectations. The staff there are attentive, warm, polite, and genuinely caring. The evening team at the restaurant deserves a special mention - always professional, graceful, and absolutely wonderful. That is why it feels particularly surprising and disappointing that the service experience at Noorus Spa stands in such sharp contrast to the rest of the hotel. It honestly feels as if different standards or even different people are responsible for hiring and training the staff there.

“Very good price/value!”
We were upgraded to a room with sauna. Good breakfast. We were lucky to find availability while major event in the city. It was our 5th stay and would come again. Free entrence to nearby spa!

Location being next to sea was nice. Also for breakfast, spa and price ratio was great. There is a bus directly from Narva to the SPA. So definitely would consider this place if I visit again.

“A nice hotel close to the beach”
Stayed at Liivarand Hotel the second time and very satisfied: less than 200 meters to a sandy beach, quiet surrounding, nice room, very good breakfast with lots of choices, ample room for parking. And the rooms have balconies. What was different from the last year: they charged 5 Euros for parking - last year it was free when you stayed at the hotel. But they said that the parking fee covers your parking till 8 p.m. the next day after arrival. But be sure to ask about it at front desk!

Very nice place, value for money is outstanding, very good breakfast. A little worn out bathroom in our room, but thanks to the possibility to use spa in nearby hotel, who needs a bathroom?
