Roomy and private, not a new house and in suburbia, but comfortable and quite well equipped, and only short drive to shops, restaurants, etc. Good value for the money.

The spacious open plan living area is good for a family, and the 2 bedrooms were a decent size and the beds reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the water pressure in the shower was good. The host was also responsive to messages and answered all my questions promptly.

Spacious inside, plenty of beds, extra bedding and appliances which was nice. Washing machine and dryer was a nice addition although it was unsanitary unfortunately (Black mold and grime). Easy, fast communication with owner.

location was good , in a quiet street, a short distance from the golf course, a 2 minute drive and not far from the supermarket. the living area was fine. cooking equipment was good

Bed where uncomfortable and not enough beds for 4 adults

The location was good, easy to go to shop, the room was good size, bed ok comfortable. The water very good and strong for showers, enough for hot water for a showers 5 of us. But in summer will be nice if have air-conditioning, but overall we very enjoyed the place. Thank you so much

When we arrived the original code was incorrect but was rectified quickly. The property itself could do with a clean up especially the driveway that was not accessible with our car, trees overgrown etc. the inside of the property was ok but not very clean, tidy but not clean. As for sleeping capacity 2 couples only as 2 double beds not comfortable for 3 singles. All in all the property was ok. Needs attention.

loved how clean it was. the owner is very lovely and helped direct us for things to do around the area.

Furniture very small and insubstantial and easily damaged. Very weak dining chairs. Rats in roof space and dead rat on driveway. Garden unkept.

The house was very clean and easy to access. It is quite well placed, an easy walk to the golf course and nearby shopping centre. The bathroom was excellent

The house itself is quite spacious, and the location was very convenient, being close to both the local shopping facilities and beaches.

A great area! The facilities were excellent! So clean! Perfect for our young family. The host was exceptional. Highly recommend this house !
