The staff,omg they're very lovely, jovial, welcoming..the list is endless.Food was awesome 👌 too. The ambience, big rooms with comfy beds and a fireplace. Honestly i wouldn't mind going back to this place again.

For such a good price we were staying in a tranquil stunning riverside property surrounded by beauty and nature. At night we listened to the Hyraxes and Colabus monkeys. the staff were amazing and the food was good local fare. The bedding and toiletries were 5star. Only remember a head torch as reading at night isn't possible with the current lighting. I just loved our stay even though we didn't choose to do the adrenaline filled activities on offer we sat in gardens and enjoyed the scenery. It's a nice long walk to the rooms but that comes with being spread out along a river. Sun a fantastic place with so much atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff.

Location

The property is very well kept, especially the grounds, the garden and the nature trail. Staff are very courteous and friendly.

Extremely friendly staff, who were always helpful and quick to resolve any minor issues. Comfortable cottages at very reasonable price with beautiful location and excellent restaurant.

The lodge is in an exceptional site, surrounded by a beautiful nature and a river running close to the lodge. Spectacular scenary, nice swimming pool and playgrounds for children.

The Staff were trying their best, they did try to be enthusiastic even though it felt they were very unhappy. The Hotel has lost its former glory and I was very sad to see how delapidated it has become. Food was also not up to standard. Ordered lamb chops, but what was served were ribs. I had to ask the chef to expalin the difference, so the menu was misleading. Generally the hotel did not measure up and did not balance its current state/condition with the prizes. Very sad.

The cabins are awesome. I got an upgrade at no extra cost, I guess it was the place of the season.. The meals were tasty. The environment is well kept and serene. Otherwise me and family really enjoyed the stay and cherish to come back another time for a fuller experience, biking, hiking, mt climbing etc.
