Great location,barely 10 minutes from Narita airport,all covered with the free shuttle bus. Stuff at reception speaks english,fast and effective check-in with a smile,although there were quite a lot of new guests..Good breakfast.Rooms great for an overnight stay.Excellent value for money,would definitelly reccomend the Toyoko Inn Honkan.

Lovely wee thoughtful things like razors and toothbrushes. Laundromat available on site and family mart in foyer. Close to airport and excellent choice for breakfast

love the spacious and the fact that there's shuttle bus every 20mins absolutely reliable indeed. the winner just has to be the 24hrs konbini /lawson in the hotel.

“No complaints - great hotel for early departures”
Ideal to catch an early flight in the morning. Very clean, swift check in and check out. Small but still decent sized rooms (guys, it’s Japan, not Texas). Free shuttle buses to the airport.

Very professional in all aspects and very much guest helpful services. Stayed 2 nights before flight home. Used airport transfer a number of times to access the train at Narita and did some shopping and sightseeing, very handy. Brecky every day was great staff so polite even thanked us for coming to eat there. Will stay there every time we use Narita Airport in the future.
