“Wonderful hotel, I wish we hadn’t eaten at McDonald’s before arriving at 7…..then we could have tried the restaurant.”

We loved the free shuttle bus from the Narita stop to the hotel, also the free shuttle to the airport. The gym/health room was fantastic as my son and I had an amazing workout before we went home. The family mart was incredible as well as my son finished off his Suica money before we left with buying a night of junk food and Pokémon cards….this hotel was a wonderful end to our stay in Japan!

We stayed for 2 nights, after returning our camper nearby and before heading home. This gave us time to visit the city of Narita and its majestic temple complex. What a sacred discovery! A very touristy little town (mainly Japanese) with lovely shops and restaurants. Most tourists don't go to Narita city, and that is truly a missed opportunity. The hotel is older in terms of room style, but very clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, so we ate something from the bar twice. That was pretty okay, but you could consider it a kind of fast food. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was delicious, very extensive, and high-quality Japanese food. There was a little bit of Western food, but that didn't interest us. Our compliments to the chef! We also experienced a small earthquake, and it seemed like the whole building was made of rubber for about half a minute. The perfect ending to our tour of Japan in terms of location and experience. The free shuttle service to the airport is also very handy.

The shuttle bus service was to the town wasn't operated often enough. Also shuttle to airport had to book, but a bus I wanted to reserve was full and I had to 45 minuets before the this one (0500am) even though I tried to book the night before.

“Caution before using this hotel”

I dont often write negative reviews but i feel this is in warrented. I was assaulted on the premises and the staff tool no steps to follow up, wellfare check, call police..the staff I informed immediately, left work without telling management. Management later laughed at my being assaulted, explained that there were no cameras so.there was nothing they could do, and then tried to persuade me not to involve the police

The Free Airport Shuttle was good. The free Narita shuttle was good . The room was all right but not like other places that we stayed.
