Easy to find, close to Keisei Narita station. Free shuttle to airport. Clean, and free toiletries from the front desk on check-in were nicely scented - there was also a choice of teas instead.

“Great option to stay near the airport.”
Friendly staff. Decent sized room for Japan. Very comfortable bed, probably one of the most comfortable beds of our stay so far, it was a softer mattress which was nice. Only had one pillow each but a second pillow was brought to our room when we asked, the pillows were good too. Good block out curtains so the room was nice and dark. It was also pretty quiet. Very close walk to the train station (approx 5 minutes I think) for easy access to the airport. Only took about 15 minutes by train to get to Narita airport for our flight. The hotel is walking distance to Aeon mall for shopping and food. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Pajamas are provided. Good amenities provided at reception. Overall a very comfortable overnight stay before our morning flight from Narita airport. Much more convenient than trying to get there super early from Tokyo. Thank you!

A good hotel. Nice access to Narita Station and eateries in the city, which is the reason I did not stay in airport hotels this time. At airport hotels, though they are big and spacious, perfect for family or group tourists, you stuck in the hotel and the food in the restaurants is super expensive.
