Great location and service. Very clean room and staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service from hotel to airport and shoping centres was great. The buffet dinner at the roof top was great.

The hotel room is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. The staff are very helpful and there are shuttles to the airport if you need to take skyliner or JR express to tokyo or any other place. You can see the forest and airport/airplanes all the time and it is not noisy. The bed is very comfortable and lighting system is very modern.Also, the buffet breakfast was perfect !

“Great hotel, great facilities and perfect for the airport plus it's exceptional value.”
It's an established hotel and I've stayed here a few times. Some would consider it old fashioned or dated but the rooms were very good and although the fixtures and fittings are old, everything worked and were well maintained. Housekeeping kept on top of everything keeping rooms in good order. The airport shuttle is frequent, easy to find at the airport and superb. (It runs to the timetable as you would expect and the drivers are always very helpful) It also boasts a restaurant on the top floor where you can see the comings and goings of the airport while you eat your excellent meal.
