“Fantastic themed baths and a good location but a little disappointing.”
The hotel provides a good shuttle bus service between Narita airport and the hotel - the journey takes about 40 minutes and the shuttle runs fairly frequently but less so during the middle of the day. Our room was comfortable and the bed had western style pillows and a duvet. The best thing about it was a chance to use the Onsen "Yuraku Castle" which is close to the hotel. This is more of an onsen theme park than a traditional Japanese onsen - Yukata and towels are provided and after getting changed and walking up a darkened, "star" lit tunnel with warm water flowing across the floor, you enter a Kabuki inspired collection of tatami floored dining areas, bars and a games area. Beyond this are male and female baths. You could easily spend several hours relaxing, bathing, eating and drinking.

“This is the third time I’ve stayed at the property and will certainly be back again.”
It was a very quiet location with very good staff and the facilities were really good. The shuttle service to Anita Citi and to the airport were excellent. The nearby onsan and restaurant facilities are excellent.
