“Relaxing at Niķko Narita pre flight”
The Hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport was very convenient, very well organized, with a lot of staff to assist with check in and check out. The staff were extremely freindly and helpful. When we made an on-line enquiry on where and when to meet the shuttle, we received a prompt informative response with a lot of details.. The room was spacious , and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and beverages.

While being close to the airport the room was calm. The breakfast was very extensive. The free bus shuttle both to the airport as well as into the town of Narita worked nicely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

“A very comfortable last night in Japan”
This was the hotel we chose for our final night in Japan. Very conveniently located vis-a-vis the airport (free shuttle service every 20-30 minutes) and the rent-a-car shops (which was what we needed, as we delivered back our rented car there). Clean, ample rooms, very helpful staff (our room were already ready when we arrived around noon, check-in/check-out was smooth and pleasant), fully equipped bathroom, and also an excellent dinner at their sushi-bar Hokake. Strongly recommend.
