Friendly staff and great facilities, including a FamilyMart and shuttle bus service. I accidentally left my necklace behind after check-out, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to retrieve it.

“Everything we needed”
Free shuttle bus from the airport, rooms were massive and free amenities were nice. The convenience store was also an added bonus (right next to reception)

Everything about this place was just convenient. Preferred this place over the one we stayed at last time. We had an overnight in Narita, they have a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the rooms are a decent size and beds are quite comfy, we were able to have two large suitcases open after moving the table and chair to one side of the room. They have a family mart downstairs that is open 24hrs, and a full gym that has all the works and heavier weights! Inclusive breakfast was a hit as well!

Hotel is huge, location is great. And there’s a family mart just right downstairs inside the hotel vicinity.
