Great location, nice breakfast, close to railway station, some shops and restaurants.

First of all, I am rating this as someone who needed this hotel for late check-in and early transport to the Narita airport - both of these went smoothly, including a free transport to our terminal. The room was cosy enough, one of the softer beds we have encountered in japan (not our preference, but someone else could really appreciate this). The walk from the Narita station was around 10-15 minutes. The room felt very cosy.

“Very good value for the money stay in Narita”

Short walk from both of Narita's main train stations and the city center itself. Breakfast was nice. Not perfect place for Tokyo concentrated trip as commuting takes time, but there are lot's of points of interest in Narita and close by.

“Great budget hotel in Narita”

Good budget hotel in central Narita close to the station. Second time coming here. Very small room but that's what you get for the money. Free coffee on arrival which is nice. Lovely staff.

Staff is helpful and friendly, greeted every time I came back. Location is okay, near a 7-Eleven and Aeon supermarket, 12 minutes' walk to the train stations.

1. Breakfast buffet. Abundant vegetable dishes appreciated. I'd have appreciated if plain yogurt (no sugar added) be served separately from canned fruits. 2. Double bed mattress (firmness) 3. Close to the station also parking space available

Location was perfect, was close to the airport so we didn’t have to travel so long after a long flight, we only stayed for one night. We checked in and went to see local temple which was amazing, walking distance, we mistakenly got smokers room, I didn’t realise when we booked, hotel staff did look to putting us in non smoking room but was booked up, but it was nice for them to look after all it was my silly mistake, regardless, we sprayed to room and opened the window, was fine. Room was small but we expected that. For a pit stop perfect, we went on to Osaka the following morning. My other half had hold of the room keys. Managed to lose it before coming back, went to front desk, gave us another key, no problems.

Location was 5 minutes walk to the train station into Tokyo and a short train ride to Narita airport. Breakfast was fine but they need more variety.

Clean and good location, near station ,easy to go to the ather place

I like the free shuttle service. The welcome coffee was a nice touch too esp arriving in winter. We didn't opt for breakfast plan as we thought we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to early flight. But I was pleasantly surprised to know you allow take out breakfast. That is fair. I also like the fact that there are 2 Lawsons very close by and it is also close to the train station.
