Overview
Offering spectacular views of Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano, Mystica has an outdoor pool, yoga platform and free WiFi in the restaurant and lobby. Rooms have access to a terrace which overlooks the tropical gardens and lake. Mystica’s rooms are individually decorated and named after different local animals. Each airy room includes Egyptian cotton sheets, a ceiling fan and screened windows. Rooms also have a private bathroom. You can enjoy pizzas, Italian dishes and international desserts in Mystica’s restaurant. There is also a lounge with lake views and a fireplace. Free private parking is available at the complex. Staff at reception are happy to arrange car hire or excursions in the local area. The Arenal Volcano National Park is 1 hour and 35 minutes' drive away.

Absolutely beautiful location. Tranquil, scenic and restful. Helpful, kind and friendly staff. Delicious food. Great facilities. Overall, this was a little slice of heaven and I wish we could have stayed longer!

“magical place to find peace and comfort!”
unique surrounding and landscape and you feel like you are in garden eden. room was very clean and had everything we needed. the yoga deck is bearthtaking and we had an amazing yoga session there. the staff always helped us in organising trips and was very friendly and supportive.

“Nice lodge with breathtaking views - perfect to relax”
Mystica is a number lodges that are grouped in an extraordinarily beautiful garden. The rooms themselves are simple but spacious and offer everything you need. From the deck the view across lake arenal and Arenal itself - if it is not in the clouds - are absolutely breathtaking, mystic. It is also very quiet. The place is clearly aiming at yoga guests but others are welcomed as well. Dinner and breakfast are okay, but not as excellently Italian as other reviews described.

“Hidden gem at a great price!”
Mystica is in a beautiful setting with lots of animals, plants and birds. there is plenty of space to be alone or together as a group. It is tranquil but close enough to local shops and bakeries etc.

“Unexpected great place discovered d'urine our travel”
Wonderful location with great view of.the lake..incredible place to practise yoga, just located above à river in the wild. The food for donner was delicious. And the breakfast enjoyable. We didnt have time to test the infrared sauna, and regret it. Another reason to look forward to coming back.
