Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. I have travelled to naran a few times and have visited many hotels but this hotel was amazing. The views from this hotel mind blowing. Both sides of the balconies showed the snowy mountains and the river was right next to the hotel also. The GM was very kind and helped us with literally everything, from the hotel and also went out his way to help us. Very professional GM and one of the best I have met.

The staff was super amazing! Cooperative . First time in Pakistan, i saw staff trying to solve all the issues faced by the customers. Loved the attitude. The place is right on the river. The view is decent.
