This hotel is officially not working under the booking.com. if you call the property. It will not work. I have booked. 3 family suits for a night stay. Before booking was confirmed i got an issue with my card authorisation and therefore i received a msg from booking.com to transfer the on a booking.com account no so that i get a confirmation of my reservation. Iv transferred the account balance i received on. Times later i got a confirmation email the your reservation has been confirmed. When i arrived at hotel. They give only 3 room but as per booking i supposed to have 6 bedrooms.. i have shown my booking on booking.com app at hotel reception. What they answered me was an alarmed to my mind that we are not registered on booking.com. and we have no link to any online booking app.. they said we got a booking request from another client on my name.. the amount i transferred to a person eho texted me on booking.com app is actually seemed to be a middle man. He transferred the 80% of the amount i transferred to him. So hotel has sent a confirmation.. i called on that no to sort out the matter and ask hitel to handover me another 3 room as per reservation i received. They gave me 3 rooms. And they until we receive the amount for the 3 extra rooms we are giving you we will not let you check out. I front kf my family it was more than embarrassing that i had to face this such stuff. In shot hotel management said me that its just an scam to you. And until we receive the amount you won't be going out of the hotel. Thing become scary. I ask that person to handle this matter. He agreed to pay and hotel management and i myself sorted out on conclusion that i will not be paying a single penny instead of the amount I'm liable of to pay. I booked 3 family suit for PKR. 62427. I transferred PKR .32427 and PKR.30000 was remaining. Next morning when i came to check out. Hotel manager started screaming on me that the person i not picking up a call.
