“If you want to enjoy the nature bela is number one choice”
The place was truly beyond my expectations. The vibe of the resort was amazing, and being surrounded by nature gave me a real sense of peace and relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both the online team and the onsite staff. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—some of the yummiest food I've ever had. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it. At first, they asked for an advance payment, which made me a bit uncomfortable. However, when I arrived at the resort, I found that it was fully booked, so their request made sense. My room was ready upon arrival, and the staff were already aware of my reservation and were expecting me, even though I checked in late. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was well organized

“Improve Wi-Fi and install ceiling fan alonwith mesh screen on doors.”
The resort's location is excellent, situated on the bank of a river with a stunning mountain view. The staff was competent and friendly, though some additional training in hospitality service would be beneficial.

the resort was truly beautiful, and the lush green surroundings made it feel very relaxing and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. i especially want to mention Aqib who was extremely helpful and a really kind young man. I’ll definitely come back and plan to stay even longer next time. Thank you :)
