Overview

“Good ryokan a 5min walk from the station”
The little outdoor bath was great, and we had a quiet room at the end of the corridor. Dinner and breakfast were both very filling.

We had a very pleasant time thanks to the welcoming staff, the comfort and beauty of the typical Japanese setting and the amazing in-room hot tub. The typical kaiseki dinner was amazing. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing Ryokan in a great location. Spotlessly clean. Japanese breakfast highly recommended! We didn’t use the public baths but the private pool was great.

“A really lovely first stay in a Ryokan, made spevial by the very attemtive staff.”
Our first stay at a Ryokan, we were so well looked after, from the moment we walked in, to the time we checked out. The small touches made it truly special, a stocked fridge, treats on the table in checkin and after dinner, and all of the deer. Everywhere I turned, there were more cute deer!

“Absolute gem”
We were absolutely blown away by the hotel and the staff. The location was also fantastic. This hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip because of its authentic Japanese hospitality and the earth and care from the staff. The breakfast was out of this world!!
