Super big rooms (all the premises, actually) with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in Japan, everything is spotlessly clean, the public bath is beautiful, the staff lovely, and there's a free shuttle bus to both JR and Kintetsu Nara stations. And all of this princess treatment for an unbelievably low price.

“Charming and helpful staff”
Large rooms in a Ryokan style. We loved the onsen and they included a yucatan to wear. There were lots of choices at breakfast. They provided a free shuttle to Nara Park and the train terminal. The desk staff were so helpful when we needed to make a collect phone call! Much appreciated!!

The hotel is clearly dated but the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The hot spring is the outstanding feature which is lovely.

“We were very happy to have the opportunity to use the B poll especially as the heat and humidity was brutal”
The onsen was wonderful Room was very comfortable Pool was very great Staff were amazing Dinner was exceptional and attention to detail was at a very high standard
