A beautiful Hotel with a great history and interesting old Japanese Art hanging on the walls It’s an old fashion hotel but not in negative way and I really enjoyed to stay there for two nights while I discovered Nara

The set breakfast was adequate but slow in being served. Having ordered the western breakfast I could have as many refills of coffee as I wanted, however my partner, who ordered the Japanese breakfast was charged extra to have coffee instead of tea.

“The Nara Hitel is a splendid historical hotel in a beautiful setting, with impeccable service, which simply needs a few”
Its location, it’s a really beautiful building, historically important. We loved its history and the photographs reflecting this. We enjoyed our meals and service at the Bar. The cocktails were excellent. The shuttle into town very convenient.

It is a beautiful hotel situated right on the edge of the park. The staff were generous and helpful and it was immaculately clean. The Japanese restaurant meal was delicious.

The whole hotel was exceptional. The historic building and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing, so courteous and polite. We could not criticise anything at all and had a fabulous stay in Nara.

The structure is well organised and located far enough from the hustoe. There is a shuttle bus every 30 mins running between the hotel and the city. Rooms are cleaned and spacious (larger than the typical Japanese standard. Staff is really friendly although they do not speak English, which is common in most of the Japanese cities.
