The room was spacious, and the host Yoshikawa-san was the sweetest, would highly recommend this property.

Host was very very friendly and accomodation was very very spacious and clean. I have never slept on a futon bed so comfortable. Can't recommend more!

The experience of living in a (real?) Japanese house - with futon and tatami; plus the bathroom.

The guesthouse feels very authentic and local. And safe. And it's spacious. It's clean and there was nothing in disrepair. The host is a resolute woman, communicative even with a language barrier. Not shy at all, and helpful with any requests. It is actually great value for money. Plus, the breakfast is extremely authentic and more than I could eat. Thumbs up! It has my recommendation and I would book again!

The breakfast was excellent.

You can get a Japan breakfast with an extra price and it totally worths it. You should give it a try. Landlady is so kind. Rooms are spacious enough to accomodate a small group of people. Location is 10-15 min on foot to Nara Station.

If I needed anything I could get it quite easily.

A typical Japanese room. The space is not very large, but it is enough for an average family. The house is very clean, the landlord is very kind, the price is reasonable, there is a Kintetsu line nearby, and it only takes one stop to Nara Park.

Staff is extremely gentle, the breakfast is really good for both quantity and quality, it is located 15min walk from the Nara station, massage chair available for free for the guests, typical Japanese style small apartment at the 2nd floor of a restaurant (it is an experience)

Super friendly staff, but they speak english only trough iphone translator. The coock in the restaurant downstairs will prepare a delicious ramen for you. Japanese style apartment, very cosy. The futon a little bit hard, but good enough
