Personal touch with a handwritten welcome letter. Breakfast was well prepared with fruits, milk and bread, sausages, bacon and eggs. A well- balanced morning meal. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils and condiments. The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The host even prepared a list of places to get meals and introduced a place for storage that was economical. In general the host took much effort and showed genuine and warm hospitality.

“Perfect Location and excellent host!”

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Ferie Nara. The location is excellent, a very short walk to Nara JR station and about 10-15 minutes' walk to Nara Park where you find all the beautiful deers. The accommodation had a nice washing machine and dryer including detergent which we really needed and appreciated. The breakfast included eggs, bacon, bread and yoghurt which is what we normally eat so we were very happy to find these items. Also, the shower pressure was the best we had in Japan. However, the best of all was the exceptional customer service from the owner Kyoko. She always responded very quickly to all my messages; she was super nice and friendly and when we checked out, we forgot our TV Google Chrome which she promptly organised to send to our next accommodation in Osaka. We received it the next morning and we are still very grateful for her assistance. Overall, I really recommend staying at Ferie Nara. Thank you Kyoko!

It was very neat and tidy.The host left well explained notes of where to go and restaurants to eat at.She took the time to visit early in the morning.We checked out early.Breakfast was a plenty in the fridge.

Great location close to JR train station and walking distance from shops, restaurants and Nara deer park. The owner came to greet us just after we checked in and she was very welcoming and super nice. The house is very clean and modern and all amenities you need are available. If you're looking for a place in Nara that can accommodate your family I highly recommend Ferie Nara.

Everything was great. The host was amazing, very responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found some snacs and plenty of food for breakfast. Location is great, place is comfortable and clean. Definately recommended!

It's just a short 5-minute walk from Nara Station, and the location is extremely convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, a railway station, and a bus stops all nearby. The host thoughtfully provided information about local facilities and attractions in English, and we were also able to communicate in English, which was a major plus. Also they were very kind and flexible with the payment methods.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. The place is very clean, we feel like local living in a landed house. The location is also near to Aeon supermarket. The kitchen is fully equiped so we managed to do home cook shabu2 at home, buying quality wagyu. The host is also very friendly. She came to greet us in the morning and check if everything is ok. She also very kind letting us leave our luggages at her place after we checked out.
