Very close to Nara Station (JR). Facilities good. Breakfast good. Onsen clean and pleasant. Rooms above average in size; you get what you pay for. Staff very helpful and communicate well in English, Japanese, and perhaps other languages. Lots of European tourists here, so clearly a popular hotel. Mostly older people; not sure why - perhaps the price point or location?

“Lovely stay in Nara, good location, delightful onsen”
The hotel was very nice, the onsen was lovely, loved the popsicle after and the origami activity available next to the onsen. We also loved the pyjamas which changed from the robes we had elsewhere.

Excellent location close to the train station and shopping street. A short bus ride to the deer park and associated shrines. The hotel is well appointed with good sized rooms and has onsite onsen bathing.
