Comfy Stay was in a great location; maybe a 15 minute walk from Shin-Omiya station on the Kitetsu line and Nara station on the JR line, around the corner from a brilliant supermarket (Izumiya) and close to tourist buses to take you to Nara Park and the temples. It was much smaller than we were anticipating but still functional. As pointed out in other reviews it's also not two bedrooms, rather one large room with some blinds separating the sleeping spaces. Ok for privacy but not if someone in your party is a loud sleeper, or you have a baby. Great communication with staff however, and great value for money.

“Very good place for a group travellers and in a walking distance to a Nara tourist attractions.”
A room is really comfortable for family staying or a group of 3-4 travellers. A parking is just at a back of a buiilding which is really convenient for baggages tranfering. A room facilities are really nice. Also only 50 meters away from a convenient store. An extra bonus for those who love running, only 2.5 kms away from a Todaiji Temple and Kofukuji Temple. There's silence and no peple if you visit these places in a morning.

Place was children friendly, with a crib and baby chair. This was quite rare for apartments in Nara area. Free available parking. Good location with nearby supermarket and restaurants. Nice homely feel to the apartment. Will stay again.
