Very good location close both to the train station and city centre. The room was comfy and clean. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was the best one we had during our trip in Japan - we could try both western and Japanese options and everything was delicious. All day you can have very good free coffee, tea and other drinks. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Room old, small, old carpets, only hot aircond (no cold aircond) was asked to open the window which was super noisy by the main road. Room price was jacked up because of the weekend. Only good point, breakfast was good.

“Good”
Even room size is not too big, but it has everything I need and clean as many Japanese hotels. Just around 200m from Nara Station. Staff are all very polite and helpful, they even allowed me to have food that I bought from outside in their restaurant and provide me chopsticks and spoons and free drinks like coffee and tea. This is amazing!

“Comfort indeed - Jetlag heaven”
Very comfy bed. Clean and easy to stay. Breakfast had lovely Japanese selection with lots of choices. Always freshly topped up. Western choices bit limited. Staff were incredibly helpful in sending our bags on to next hotel. Bath and shower lovely. Quiet hotel.

“Closo to the train station, amazing staff and clean room.”
I liked that it was close to the train station. That was really helpful because after Tokyo we had plenty of luggage and it was so convenient that it was close. I loved the room, everything was clean and everyone was very nice.

Good evening, I am not sure if you can help me, but I made this booking for the wrong date. I have a current booking for nights 3rd November through 5th of November 2025 [ Confirmation Number 5413.590.380 ] and I was trying to extend the stay by booking by one extra night for the 6th of November 2025. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and booked for October 6th 2025 which I have only just discovered. Is it possible to add an addition night for the 6th November 2025 onto my existing booking?
