“Room for improvement”

I liked the lady running the hotel the most. Didn't get her name but we met mostly at breakfast. She was friendly and very nice to hang out. The rooms were beautifully done up. The garden area is very pretty. We had booked 4 rooms and 2 of those on the 1st floor were lovely.

“I wasn't happy ,didn't reach my expectation”

Location far from everything. Nothing to do around, room very small thera no space to put the luggage ,toilet and shower together is terrible idea

Out of a maximum of 5 stars, I give 6 stars. Mehmet Bey gave above and beyond service. My family's transportation plan was severely interrupted. Mehmet gave solutions to our problems and met our requests, almost instantanously every single time. Rooms were very cosy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy with freshly baked pastries.

“A Cave Hotel with Hot Air Balloons !!!”

A very well designed and attractive hotel built next to caves with attractive, well thought out decor & beautiful surroundings. The hosts were genuinely friendly. We love the dining hall on the top floor with unforgettable views. The breakfast was superb. And most of all, are the 2 beautiful air balloons in the front yard that could be seen day & night from neighb ourhood surroundings.The owners also have a vegetable garden to provide fresh vegies & salad for guests.

Peaceful, nice and clean. Xluri was very friendly with us. Good breakfast

If you want to experience staying in a cave, highly recommend. Bed was comfy, temperature good and breakfast nice

“Great”

Great staff very helping but not speaking English, we used google translate. However, they always try their best to accommodate us and they always succeeded! Very nice breakfast, hands down the best one I had in turkey.

Everything is perfect in this hotel.

This is a family-run hotel, so expect warm hospitality. The people were the best. The ladies were all so kind and warm. The grandfather was endearing, funny, and charming - we only communicated in body language and our interactions always made me smile or laugh. Breakfast was very nice (though all three breakfasts are not too different from each other. Maybe it's the Turkish way.) In case you want to book tours with the hotel, Mehmet, the owner, is helpful (that said, the people on the tour with us also got the same deals with their hotels; pretty good tours though).

“Warm, welcoming and unexpected kindness.”

I love love loved the owner. They were so patient with me, especially when I was having a card problems. They organised tours for me instantly. They made sure to check in on me. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Breakfast was always amazing too.

The owner is very hospitable. Although further away from Goreme than I expected it served for my one night stay to do Cappanar Ballooning.

This place is amazing! So beautiful and comfortable. The staff is really nice, the place is clean and the rooms are really beautiful. It's a little far from the main attractions so you need to take a taxi or a shuttle but if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by beauty this place is for you.

Cappanar cave hotel was really good. It looked and felt exactly as shown in the pics. Living in this cave hotel gave us the vibe of living in a different era. Please be mindful that it's not situated in the city centre of Goreme, but a good 20 mins drive from there - a place called Nar. But the drive is worth it. The owner was very helpful. He arranged a car for us from/to Goreme bus station for pick up and drop off. He also helped us sort out the hot air balloon tickets. We booked the red tour with his help, but no offense to him, the guide was pathetic, and we had a very bad experience with the guide. Please make sure that you are not booking that guide for any of your customers. The food, prepared right in front of us, was amazing and the best we had in Turkey. We would definitely recommend this place to those who want an authentic Cappadocia experience.
