The hostesses (Nikoll and I-forgot-the-name-of-the-man-I’m-so-sorry 🙏) were incredibly nice and cheerful and helpful! They met me, helped with the luggage, explain everything! And on the day of checkout even drove me to the railway station! 🫶 The room itself was perfect! And there was a common space with everything free of charge - coffee, tea, various snacks, water and even alcohol 😃

“Great location, great facilities, great host.”

Wanderlust Naples was a great base for our three night stay in Naples. Our room was spacious with a small balcony that looked out on to via Tribunali, a bustling street right in the heart of the Centro Storico. Being on the fourth floor, the room was high enough to enjoy the outlook without being bothered by any noise. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. The room was remarkably well equipped- the TV was set up for games, and as well a kettle and there was even a wine chiller. Other facilities in the shared kitchen area included a large fridge, pod coffee maker and a washing machine, as well as a selection of books etc. One outstanding feature was the exceptionally range of drinks and snacks left for guests- the most generous I have ever come across. More than enough for breakfast if you fancy a change from the local cafes. The other outstanding feature was the Nicoll’s excellent support and guidance. As well as very clear videos on entry procedures and great advice on local restaurants and places to visit, we really appreciated “extra touches” like advising the best route to walk from Napoli Centrale with roller cases to avoid uneven surfaces ( it made a big difference!) Wanderlust will certainly be our first choice the next time we stay in Naples. Highly recommended.

The room and the host were super nice. It was a self check-in but the host was always there to provide information and help if needed. The bathroom is very spacious and nice. There was enough wardrobe space for a couple of days stay. I wasn't comfortable with the pillow provided at the beginning and the host was super nice to bring me some alternatives very quickly upon my message. The location is very good, cannot be more central and easy to walk around. The kitchen was small but enough to get some coffees and snacks as it's B&B. Value for money wise i'd say 9 for this place.

The location of this hotel is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining out. The host was exceptionally kind and provided a wealth of helpful information that truly enhanced our stay. Furthermore, they were very accommodating and flexible with my special requests. Thanks to their hospitality, my time in Naples was wonderful. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Naples!

Fantastic! The communication with the very friendly and helpful host before arrival was already a great start. Everything you need for a smooth check in is clearly explained with text and video. Room is very nice and clean. Shower is big. There is a small kitchen where you can get free coffee and drinks which was very nice. If you want to be in the middle of the Napoli action, this the place to be. The location is absolutely perfect! I will definitely come back here next time.

Wanderlust Naples was a fantastic base for a couple of days visiting Naples. The location & facilities provided were excellent and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe there. Tommy was an awesome host who shared lots of information about the place but also suggestions of what to visit and where to eat. He also checked in with me each day to ensure I had everything I needed.

Wanderlust Naples is amazing accommodation. Tommy is so very helpful and checks in with you every morning to see if there was anything that we needed. Before we arrived he sent us a video where to find the street door and how to find the accommodation. On arrival he sent more videos on how to work the coffee machine and TV. He is always available and is very helpful. The room is large and the facilities are top notch. Very clean and just beautiful. We felt very safe and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Naples and highly recommend this place. He can also help with transfers and anything else. Thank you Tommy.

Excellent placement, in the heart of Napoli. A plethora of places to eat or grab a drink. The facilities was excellent and clean. The host, Tommy, were very helpful and even had a list of sights to visit. The communication with him was easy, and he helped us with a ride to the airport in the morning. He is ALWAYS available and serviceminded. 10/10 would recommend staying there.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and the location is fantastic. It's easy to find and straight forward to access with clear instructional videos. The host Tommy is exceptional. From the moment we booked, we felt welcomed and informed. His advice and recommendations were great. The free items in the fridge and coffee/pastries were a lovely touch!
