A very clean and convenient appartment. A pleasant smell of cleanliness welcomes you when you enter the appartment. A very convenient bed. All necesssary commodities that every proper hotel has. There is a washing machine and an iron you can use. Even though it's near a busy street, the windows and their shades effectively diminish the noise. Not far from metro stations where the train helps you quickly get to the centre. The actual state of the rooms matches the photos.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, smart TVs in every room, air conditioning, and a smart door lock. The location is great, close to the metro and easy to get around, with plenty of good places to eat nearby. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, and everything in the apartment worked well. The support team was very fast and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

“Amazing, amazing, amazing!!”

Literally EVERYTHING. It is beautiful, it is clean, they have thought of everything you could possibly want even down to a lemon juicer, bottle opener, lint roller etc etc. The fridge had an array of fizzy drinks left for us, a little bottle of red wine, washing up liquid, pods for the washer, nothing has been missed. Both rooms have TVs equipped with fire sticks so you can easily log into your own Netflix/Disney accounts etc. The communication was brilliant; everything explained, messages answered quickly. It was absolutely perfect and we did not want to leave, please do not hesitate to book this property- we’d go back in a heartbeat

Location was very close to the Metro, quiet area and very safe. Supermarket is nearby so we are able to buy some food to cook. The host is very welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The aircon was excellent, very welcomed during summer. Lots of little touches that made staying there easy and enjoyable. Walkable to two nearby Metro lines, shops and restaurants.

Everything was top clean There are kitchen supplies available (not food - I mean salt, oil, pepper, pepperonccino, oregano and others) ñ, coffee and tea Dishwasher A/C and smart tv. The flat is big, very well located. There’s a fish shop near buy (we bought fresh seafood and cooked it ourselves -highly recommended) and coffee shop.

I was staying in Italy with a business and when go Naples I have to pay tourist tax (18 euro) and provide my ID information, a day before my flight I was told that if I don't provide my ID information I will not be given access to the room I all ready paid for. By completing the booking on booking.com I should not been paying more money. Everything should be included in the booking phase, I hate this bad surprises.

This is without a doubt the cleanest and most welcome accommodation in the whole world. I have been travelling the last 15 years and never seen such a neat place. The location is perfect, the metro is just 500m away. A lot of good content in the neighbourhood also. The hosts were great and answered all out question promptly. Check in was super simple.

1. Secure doors and locking system 2. So clean! Floorboards weren’t sticky or dusty. 3. Bathroom was large and the shower was wonderful 4. Beds were firm and comfortable and had Vacuna personalised linen, such a lovely touch 5. Excellent train stations and pizzeria nearby 6. Clean and functional washing machine 7.
