“Amazing location, huge apartment with very nice view”
- perfect location - close to old town and all other attractions (max. 10 minutes walk everywhere) - very big - 2 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and big living room & kitchen - nice staff, helpful - heating - which is important in winter time - good equipment in the apartment - cleaning every day

Davide who worked on the front desk was so helpful, kind and friendly! He helped us carry our bags, made sure we felt comfortable and told us all the best sites to see and things to experience! He helped us organise a trip to Pompeii and helped us with a racing to the airport. Such an amazing staff member who was chatty and helpful!

Location is great. Thankfully someone came out of the building to find us as isn’t signed well and location is a little different to where is stated.

“Quite decent apartments in the center of Naples”
Maybe for Naples such apartments are considered normal. But honestly, these apartments are quite ridiculous: you walk in and right at the entrance there is a jacuzzi. It feels like it is just for show — “Look, we have a jacuzzi.” On the obvious plus side, the location is central. On the downside, the area did not feel safe and was very dirty.

“Decent but could be improved with some TLC”
We had the 2 bed 3 bath duplex apartment 6 mins walk from reception. The apartment was large and well stocked with dishes, pans, towels etc. Good locations very close to university metro stop and port for airport bus. Clean. Decent WiFi.

I stayed at the Tiffany & Babylon Hotel in Naples for one night after my flight was delayed and missed the last boat to Ischia - I am so glad I did it! Everything was perfect. The hotel Is charming, spotless and comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Davide, who kindly waited for me at reception well past midnight (after official check in hours) because of my delayed flight. His warm welcome made a stressful day so much better. I can highly recommend this hotel - it is a real gem in Naples.

“Do not stay here.”
It could not be more true that this place looks nothing like the photos. I was shocked when we got to the door, which leads you into a building, in which office spaces are rented out for you to stay in. Which means, the room is incredibly janky - there was patched grass over a bathtub for us. Ants everywhere. Sheets had black marks all over them. It was not clean. We opted to not even brush our teeth and sleep on the towels on the bed and leave first thing in the morning to go get ready elsewhere. I would avoid this hotel at all costs - we should never support hotels that are so misleading to customers, especially when we're paying a decent price point.

“Excellent stay, was very sad to leave.”
We were only staying for one night before the boat to Ischia so wew just wanted a nice spacious place to stay. We were so impressed with the room we wished we had stayed for longer. The room was more than enough for what we needed (massive positive) and the location couldn't have been better. We will becoming back and staying here.

The staff were very friendly and always attentive and helpful. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a long stay in Naples which gave us plenty of time to explore everything in the area and surrounding areas.
