Antonio was great host, provided a lot of helpful information, tips where to go. Easy to find, close to the center and many restaurants. breakfast in a close pasticeria was great as well. Clean,spacious and well equipped apartment.

The accommodation is very close to tube station, plenty of supermarkets, caffeteria and restaurants, very typical napoli style, live and noisy, but at night it was ok, the facility very clean, breakfast right to the door and owners over the top - fantastic, very helpful and curious about need, recommended all we wanted and neede to know

“Wonderful stay close to the historical centre”
The staff were very friendly and spoke good english, the location is excellent for visting Napoli on foot but is also close to the lines M1 and M2, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Toto e Peppino Luxury Rooms and had a very pleasant experience overall. Giuseppe, our host, was truly kind and extremely accommodating—he went out of his way to help us and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great stay with a wonderful host—we would definitely recommend it.

The room is clean spacious, the location is excellent - walking distance to the popular places in Naples. The hosts are very friendly, he came to the train station exit to pick us up and explain the detailed map of Naples and suggested how we could explore the city. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

The hosts were amazing, greated me past hours and gave me so many recommendations, they booked us at a local restaurant which was delicious and helped out with routes. Very friendly. The room was great and clean. Had everything that I needed. Would deffo come again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable The bathroom and kitchen had everything you needed The internet connection was very good There is a hair dryer and a iron & ironing board The host was very friendly , helpful and it definitely went the extra mile to make sure that we have a good time and our stay is as comfortable as possible

“Perfect Family Citybreak”
It was the best decision to book this hotel. The room was big, beds very comfortable, the same you have own kitchen, in case of you decide to cook at home some italian pasta 🍝 and drink one bottle of red Sicilian wine 🍷. Everything was very near to us, Metro station (Museo), the old city, etc… Antonio was very very friendly , always help us with everything, even he order the pizza 🍕 in our room for our kids. For sure if we will come back in Napoli, we will stop here in Toto e Peppino Room. Antonio and Giuseppe - Thanks for your hospitality 🤝

“Superb stay for families”
Great and safe location in historic town centre, clean and comfy room with fully equipped kitchenette, superb pizzerias and restaurants in the proximity, shop and tube/train station around the corner, friendly and professional hosts, the best breakfast at nearby Poppella included. All mattresses were comfy, including the sofa bed one. Thank you for the best stay ever Antonio & Giuseppe, we will be back!

“Excellent location. Friendly and attentive service.”
The location is excellent, near the station for easy direct access to Pompeii, Herculaneum and the seaside. Plus the airport, with an easy change and local sites on foot. We were greeted warmly and had attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast at the local bakery was delicious.

Beautiful building, comfortable room in a nice part of the city. We stayed just one night. Coffees and pastries delivered to the room in the morning. Guiseppe was very helpful and friendly
