the location is very convenient - you can go to and from the airport by Alibus that stops at the hotel entrance, the room size and arrangements were comfortable, the hotel restaurant offered tasty food and good wine.

The location. The security. Our room was clean (flying insects excluded). Good bed. Good shower. It is quiet.

The location is perfect: -inside the port with sea view including ships and cruisers moving in and out - where u can take ships and ferries to Amalfi, Capri and Ischia - few minutes walk to city centre - alibus to airport and metro to central station outside the gate Staff Very very polite and friendly, speak good English minimal noise from outside despite the ships in th port breakfast was good (coffee machine with lots of options , juice machine , scrambled eggs, bacon , sausage, several sweet Italian pastries with different new cakes every day, fewer cheese sorts though)

On our return stay from Ischia we had another lovely experience. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended especially for transitional travel to the islands. Close enough to walk easily to the city centre.

Location for the port you step off the airport bus and the hotel is there short walk to centre of town. Good restaurants near by

Excellent team and stuf

“Would not ever recommend”

Nothing. Noisy. Window right next to port driveway. Lights coming through curtain edges. Shower door not closing, water everywhere. Maintenance took bottom rubber strip off. Next morning couldn’t get out of shower, had to remove side rubber strip to get out. Reported again to reception and was told “it’s because walls are not straight”. Next morning, at breakfast at 7am, all cooked food was cold. Cakes and pastries stale. Coffee from machine so scalding hot could not pick up glass

Avoid at all costs! There was a huge bed bug in the headboard and the accommodation looked nothing like the photos shown in the listing. Because of this serious hygiene issue, we had to urgently book another hotel and pay for a taxi at 11 p.m., which cost us a total of €170 out of pocket. What is even more unacceptable is that the host refuses to refund us, even though it was impossible for us to stay or sleep there after discovering the bed bug( which that don’t seems to understands)
