Very friendly host!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Silvio’s warm welcome and hospitality. He introduced us to many great places and excellent restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Silvio was always very responsive and helpful, and we felt safe and comfortable staying in the area.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Naples. Ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Silvio was an excellent host.

We were very happy with our stay here. Silvio greeted us upon arrival. The apartments were big, high ceiling and modern. It was surprisingly quiet as the rooms faced court yard. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. We had two sperate rooms. AC worked well. The location was in old town and can walk anywhere. The metro station was close by. I slept well here, which was quite unusual as I am very sensitive to noise. The outside of the building can be quite deceiving. Inside is very nice. I liked the espresso coffee machine. When I requested for extra coffee, Silvio gave me plenty more. He also called taxi for us to go to the airport. The taxi arrived on time to the minute. Cheaper than what they charge at taxi stand where they increase the price the moment they see me as a tourist. I would stay here again if I visit Naples again. I booked this place after read reviews from other travelers. I hope my review help with your decision.

“A well-equipped, large appartement, nicely renovated, with very central location and super nice host”

We stayed in the appartement in July for 4 days (a family with two teenagers). The host Silvio met us upon arrival at a nearby Piazza and guided us to the appartement. He gave us a lot of useful information and recommendations about nearby restaurants and sights, as well as other recommended places to dine. The appartement is very well equipped with a full functioning kitchen with all necessities, good large king size beds in two large bedrooms, and a nice living room/dining area. The beds were made, and there was large clean bath towels and soaps available. The AC very functional and there was one in every room. In the fridge, he had left a bottle of water, as well as coffee capsules and other necessities (oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc.) in the appartement. The apartment is situated in an inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet, even if the area is very central. It is in a walking distance to all the major sites and the major shopping area. During our stay, our daughter celebrated her 18-th birthday, and Silvio was so sweet and came with a birthday cake for her 😊 We really enjoyed our stay at the appartement, and give our best recommendations!

“Peaceful retreat in the centre of busy Naples.”

Awesome apartment. Right in the centre of things but very peaceful as located back off the busy streets in a lovely old courtyard. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Ideal for a short or longer stay.

The host was lovely, he informed us on all the best places and restaurants to visit in Naples. The apartment was very modern and clean, having everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk away from Naples's main street Toledo and with good transport links. Overall, great accommodation, highly recommend!

Silvio helped us so much as we were arriving very late and had to park the car. Thank you again for your hospitality! Silvio helped us with all our questions and gave us useful tips for our stay. Either before or during our stay the communication was excellent. It was our third stay in the apartment and due to the renovation of the bathroom with that wonderful rainshower it was even more beautiful. The apartment is located in the center of the city but nevertheless very quiet, no problem to sleep with windows open. For sure not our last trip to Napoli!

“Great Apartment in the Centre of Porto”

The apartment was lovely and clean. The bedrooms spacious and the whole apartment was renovated beautifully and had great light. Silvio was in contact prior to our arrival and Simona was there to greet us when we arrived . They also shared some great local restaurant tips. Aircon was an absolute blessing . The old town was walkable and masses of places to eat and shop all around. Close to Via Toledo ( If you're a shopper) and also metro 5 mins walk away. The apartment was well equipped with washing machine and even a coffee machine with pods. Thoughtfully in the hot weather a bottle of cold water was also left in the fridge.

“Great location to party without dealing with the noise”

The flat is nice, modern, well decorated and clean. It's inside one of the typical flat blocks from the 18th century. It's very close to the Spanish quarter and via Toledo. The area is busy with people and traffic, but inside the flat, it's silent and you can't hear the street noise.

The apartment was in a great location for our few days in Naples. It was in a lovely old building and the apartment had been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated. I loved the high vaulted ceilings. It was modern, very clean and spacious. Silvio was the perfect host and gave us great tips for restaurants and tourist trips. Would definately recommend.
