“Exceptional staff”
Perfect location and lovely atmosphere. Good mattress on the bed and a great bedroom. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were fantastic. We had booked one night only on arrival to Naples before heading to Ischia and decided to stay a second night on the journey home because it was such a nice spot. I had messed up the dates for the journey back and even though the hotel was full, a beautiful room was found for us and we were given an upgrade in a newly refurbished room with a terrace. Esther and Flavia at reception were exceptional. I can’t thank them enough for all their help. Highly recommended.

Personal met us for check in. Location is perfect for exploring city or move to train station. Breakfasts are super tasty. Gift during checkout was very sweet end of our stay. Hotel is located in historical building and personal is proud to be part of this heritage, its really make difference.

The accommodation is so clean and the beds are comfortable.The breakfast is delicious. Located on Toledo street is the perfect point to reach the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and we sent our best to the staff who made our stay perfect.
