“Oasis in a grubby area”
The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The room was very quiet. With the windows closed there was no sound from the busy road outside and no noise from adjoining rooms. The mattress was softer than I like, but I slept well in it. Breakfast was very good.

“Very enjoyable, lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again”
Location was good from perspective is wasn't too far to.walk the main areas, about 15-20mins. The hotel didnt feel busy but there was plenty of movement.

“A modern, pleasant 4* hotel conveniently situated for the port.”
We were upgraded by the hotel to a junior suite which was very nice & a lovely surprise. The hotel is well furnished & modern & very convenient for the port. We were travelling on to Ischia so this was ideal for us. Both bar drinks & the mini bar were reasonably priced - unlike many hotels we have stayed at in the past. Staff were pleasant & friendly. We were also given a parting gift of pastries which was very thoughtful. We could walk to most major sites & overall we were extremely happy with our stay here.
