It is a an original Palace which has been superbly restored. Exceptionally beautifull and the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Everything beautifully laid out and prepared and presented. Pure joy.

The room was spectacular. Large and impressive. Like being in a well-maintained museum. The breakfast room is simply magnificent. Breakfast is varied with fresh fruit and vegetables and especially for lovers of sweets (small cakes, large cakes, desserts :)) Some of the reviews mention the noise coming from the street. Yes, it is noisy at night. But: you are sleeping in the middle of the historic center of Naples. It is noisy there. On the other hand: it is simply sensational to stay in a “museum.” And the staff is friendly and fulfills every wish.

“Exuberant palatial apartment in the centre of Naples.”

We stayed at the Palazzo for the last night of our week long holiday in Naples and it was the cherry on the cake! We felt as if we moved back in time. The place is beautifully restored and decorated, we loved the Murano chandeliers, stunning breakfast room, the fact that all the snacks were included and importantly, that the room was very quiet even though the hotel is in the middle of a busy historic centre. The bed was massive although our opinions very on how comfortable the mattress and the pillows were. The small entrance door which is part of the huge front gate is full of character. There is also a lift from the ground floor which is a bonus. Overall this would be our go to place if we come back to Naples.

Exceptional building, inside and out. Beautiful decor, incredible history (Garibaldi etc). Wonderful breakfast and extremely helpful and attentive staff. Special mention for Imma, who’s warmth and friendly manner in the breakfast room really made our stay very special indeed. We’ve booked our next stay!

It was such a unique experience to stay at a historical palazzo, surrounded by antiques. The best experience was with Imma. She has been very pleasant and fun to be with. Made our stay very welcoming. I post my little video. My friends in London immediately booked their stay in December. The only downside is that it was very noisy due to central location. But it is expected.

Everything about this stay was incredible. The Palazzo, the rooms, the fittings, decorations, ornaments. The breakfast was delicious served in the most beautiful dining room I've ever seen. Super easy and friendly check in process. Perfect location.

“Sophistication, history and warmth in a great location.”

Palazzo Doria Napoli exceeded my expectations in every way. It is absolutely stunning at every turn. Everything was perfect and the staff were very warm, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the local neighbourhood and I loved how it was very unassuming from the outside. My only regret was that we couldn't stay there longer.

This place is crazy, eye-poppingly beautiful. It’s unlike any other place I’ve ever been, the grandeur of it is so wild. You’ll never eat a continental breakfast in a fancier room I guarantee it! The rooms themselves are all different and each one is beautiful. The staff are really great, we had an issue with our room and Ima helped to resolve it immediately. This palace is 100% a once of a lifetime experience. Stay there and soak up every bit of it.

A memorable experience. One certainly doesn’t get this kind of treatment often, especially if you’ve like me - an antique lover. The place is amazingly restored. The high ceilings and the murals are indeed feast for the eyes, not to mention the heavenly breakfast room. Indeed Bellissimo! The breakfast provided is also of high quality. The female staff Imma is also very sweet.
