The building itself is steeped in history and was once home to an aristocratic family and even the King of Naples. All of the attractions of this vibrant city are nearby. The hotel's proximity to the old town was its only redeeming feature. Beyond that, the area felt neglected, situated uncomfortably close to a facility for the homeless, which left us uneasy during our walks. Breakfast was mediocre, with leftovers making an unwelcome appearance on our second morning. We avoided dining at the hotel, opting instead for superior options in the old town. The booking promised air conditioning, but conveniently omitted that it was only operational later in the season. The gym, another advertised amenity, was mysteriously closed, available only from Monday to Thursday. Overall, our experience with this Hilton Hotel was far from satisfactory. Also, the price of the drink at the so called bar was way over the top. One drink in was €12.50 and in the town you could get it for €6.00 crazy rip off.

“Nice hotel in a not so nice area.”
Nice clean hotel with helpful staff and impressive communal areas. Nice spa although not cheap at £30 for two people.

“Excellent hotel in the heart of the historic heart of Napoli. Good place to start to explore Napoli”
Staff - the young lady on the front desk remembered us from when we last stayed. The desk sorted a suitable taxi to the airport for our party of 6 adults and 2 toddlers (under 2years old). Having 3 rooms adjacent to each other was a bonus for our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Location in the heart of the old town was ideal for my one son and his family for their first visit to Napoli.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely and spacious and the food was good. It’s in a good central location.
