“Unique and impossible to replicate x”
The hotel has such a special authentic character to it.ALL staff were kind, friendly and extremely helpful in every way. We could have stayed with them longer and spent more time there but of course there is so much to see in Naples. If there was a problem they helped and sorted things out straight away and with genuine care and efficiently . The service and food was second to none. This hotel is special and the staff even more special. I would most certainly go back there again. Thank you so much to you all; it felt like a real family ! You keep shining. You are are unique! Naples is great. Thank you Liz and Jackie x

“Very disappointing stay with poor service and unresolved issues.”
Very disappointing stay. I paid £300 expecting a basic level of service, but the experience fell far below expectations. The internet did not work for the whole duration of my stay and was never fixed, which made it difficult to plan anything during my trip. When I asked staff for assistance with arranging taxis and local activities due to this issue, they were unable or unwilling to help

“Family trip”
Barbara in the restaurant was amazing. Helped us with our 2 kids every night they loved her and she was so nice👏 🤩 Dina at breakfast was also so helpful and set up our table each morning for our kids. Reception staff were very helpful

“Great staff, not ideal for those travelling without a car”
The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to make use of it due to the opening times. There was lots of nice outside seating to relax in the evening. The room itself was good and had everything we needed

“Best hotel in Naples with the greatest staff!”
The staff were exceptional, so nice and saw to our every need! The hotel was beautiful and secluded, worth staying outside of town on the hill. Best hotel and staff I have ever experienced, they made our stay so special. Food was delicious with massive portions in the restaurant.

“Out of town with pool and parking, but with travel and upkeep downsides”
Stayed for 4 nights in early Sept 2025. Booked one of the more expensive rooms, thinking that for a longer stay having a lounge area would be useful. Large balcony with hottub (didn't use) overlooking Via Agnano to the east, not very scenic (though road is far below as hotel is on a ridge). Pool and pool bar relatively nice (and quiet midweek) but . Hotel has free car parking for 10-20 cars. Staff were very accommodating to our large party.

“Think this hotel will have been nice when it first opened but the areas are very tired and in need of some restoration.”
Rooms were clean and bedroom was fairly modern. Pool area was clean and tidy but beds were dirty. Staff were pleasant and helpful

“Good for one night stay before heading to airport”
It was for us a perfect spot to stay one night before leaving next day from naples airport. The airport is close, about 15 minutes drive. The staff is very friendly, and helped us in a good way when one room had issues with the door lock: they gave us a new room right away. The rooms are comfy, good beds, and clean.

“Lovely relaxing break”
Loved the quietness of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. The pool was also quiet and lovely.
