“Spacious room in Napoli”

The room was big and comfortable. I could leave the luggage early in the morning and everything was great. Everyone was very helpful and nice and it is in walking distance of main attractions and the train station

“Good overall”

Room in good location and friendly staff. X2 double glazed windows kept the room quiet at night. Vouchers were provided for obtaining some coffee and breakfast at the shop next to the flats for free. Although shuttle bus wasn't available for us, owner Booked a taxi to take us to the airport. Communications were efficient.

The room was really huge and very comfortable. The personnel was very helpful and kind, always asking by WhatsApp if everything is ok. The locality was very well situated, just 10 minutes from Napoli Centrale and 5 minutes from Porta Nolana Station (the first railway station of Circumvesuviana) if you want to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum or Sorento.

It was an excellent place to stay and a great location.

We spent 3 nights at Maison Arena Al Corso during our stay in Naples and we couldn't be happier! The location is perfect — only a 7-minute walk from Napoli Centrale (which was incredibly convenient for our day trips to Pompeii and Sorrento) and 10 minutes from the historic centre. But what truly made our stay special was the welcome. The young lady who checked us in took a lot of time to explain in detail what to see in the city. She even recommended several restaurants which turned out to be amazing — authentic local cuisine, far from the tourist traps. These small gestures make the difference between an ordinary hotel and a place where you feel genuinely welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything worked without any issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great base to explore Naples and the surrounding area! We would definitely come back.

Everything was fine. Place is good for 1-2 nights stays and has everything you need. The host was very kind and gave us all the information we needed.

“Good value for the money and included basic yummy breakfast”

The location was great: main street but the window faced a smaller street on the side. It was in an older building with a patio, but the rooms and hall were refurbished. There was a paid lift with coins but we didn't use it because we were on the 1st floor. The lady who checked us in gave us a lot of information and a map, including restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was included and typically Italian: coffee and cornetto at a café next door. The cornettos were really good and we tried different ones every day - filled with pistacchio, crema amarena, etc.

the staffs are very kind and helpful. They send me message before I arrive and tell me the possible way to arrive their place. They are sending me message and asked my feeling everyday I stay there. Vittoria and Marcia are very helpful and patient. They answered my request to ask for the warmer comforter. The room is cleaned everyday. There is kettle to make hotwater in the room.

The location is good, very close to the historic center. The attendants are nice.

The location Is Amazing. Very close to the train station but also very close to the old town. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. Also a little balcony. Clean linen, beautiful design and amazing staff. For sure I will come back to them when visiting Napoli again.

Comfortable accommodation close to the centre. Unfortunately, even though the accommodation was supposed to be soundproofed, there was noise from the corridor outside the room.
