The location was excellent for the old city and the port. Nice reception and welcome from a member of staff - informed us of things to do in Naples and provided a city map. Our room looked out onto a small side street and therefore very quiet. Room very generously sized.

Self checkout was easy and the room was modern and clean.

Great location for exploring Naples. Comfy bed. Communicative and friendly host. The room was quiet but because we were next to the main door you could hear people coming and going.

Excellent location: The B&B was very close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Many restaurants: There was a good variety of restaurants right on the doorstep. The balcony: Having a balcony was a great plus and really added to the experience.

The location was fantastic to access everything we wanted. It can be noisy, but we expected that for where it is. There were really helpful recommendations for local restaurants, trips, etc. We loved the jacuzzi, it's one of the nicest and most comfortable ones we have used.

“A great space at the heart of Napoli”

The host that met me was incredibly welcoming, the room was very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, especially if you visit Napoli for the first time - you can easily walk to all the key attractions, and there are multiple great places to eat and drink at nearby, as well as the gateways to Pompei and islands. The main gate is either guarded or closed so it also feels safe there.

Everything was beyond perfect! This room exceeded our expectations!! The room is modern and stylish, the bed was so comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and was modern and spotless, and the location is perfect. It is on a safe busy street and very easy to walk to the historic centre and the main attractions. The host gave us recommendations for all the best bars, restaurants and sites and was so lovely and welcoming (she also speaks perfect English! ). They were so kind to let us leave our bags there on the first day and the last day. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

“Okay 👌...english was not offered when speaking with reception and therefore translation was awkward”

Toilet paper ran out on the evening before we left and there was no new roles in the room. So we had no toilet paper for 24hrs until we checked out. Lucky we travel with emergency pack but it is not good enough when you paying a top rate for a room. Also Because room rates were pricey I would have thought as part of the service they would hold your bags whilst you filled In a couple of hours before your flight. Instead they charged to offer this service.

She shared her own beautifully made website full of food recommendations, even took the time to teach us some Italian, and truly made us feel at home. I have never experienced this level of hosting before — her thoughtfulness was unimaginable. She was incredibly helpful, even storing our bags so we could explore the city freely. Absolutely outstanding hospitality — highly recommend!

Stefania was an exceptional host who is extremely welcoming and helpful. The property website is excellent with recommendations for points of interest and eating out that were excellent. The majority of places of interest are within an easy walk.
