Everything was great(room, location, etc). Gemma was very kind ,thoughtful and helpful. When I got there, she had arranged a list of places I could visit and a list of gluten-free restaurants. She is a very good host :)

“Very Good Choice”

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is quite sufficient and delicious. But most importantly, Gemma is a truly wonderful host. Friendly, attentive, and helpful. If I were to go to Naples again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Gemma is an outstanding host. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful, kind, friendly and professional. She deserves great reviews and a successful business because of the effort she puts in. I suggested to her, in advance, that we would arrive there at 3pm. A few minutes after that time she sent me a message asking if I needed any help (in addition to the info she had already given to me).. She was very detailed and patient in giving us local information. On one occasion, she messaged me to say she was popping out for a short time and asked if we needed anything before she left! Gemma is La Gemma's best asset.

Excellent location for exploring the city right next to the metro. Gemma was really helpful in advance to explain how to get there, and helped us with an airport transfer on departure. She also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and ideas for our trip. Room was comfortable, appreciated kettle for making our own tea in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and she makes an excellent cappucino. We visited in winter and the room was cosy and warm.

5 star location next to a lot of attractions for tourists and right beside a metro line.

Great location, so close to all main attractions but also just in front of the metro station. Great hostess, very kind to let us check out 3 hours later without any extra cost. 3 bed bedroom, not always easy to find these days and for a reasonable price.

La Gemma is located in a fantastic position close to lots of bars and restaurants in the beautiful city of Naples. We had such a fantastic time and our stay was made all the better by the kindness and advice of Gemma who looked after us really well. Our room was clean and tidy and had aircon together with a nice en suite bathroom. The breakfasts were perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again.

“Central and quiet accommodation”

Excellent location at Piazza Dante (with metro stop), which is between the old town, castle and shopping street. The rooms are on the top of the building so not much noise from the streets. Good breakfast and spacious room.

Everything was great! Gemma is a great host - very helpful and welcoming. The b&b is very well located if you’re taking the metro or even walking by foot. Breakfast is plentiful, as you fill out a form with what you wish to have each morning. A/C and Wi-fi worked great.

Gemma is a very warm host and sent me all the details prior to the check in and also helped me find the way to the place. Smooth check in and she she also accommodated my request for an early check in. Gave recommendations for places around. Place is close to the metro station and main square. Room was nicely done. Recommend for a simple, no fuss stay , close to the metro and city centre. Gemma is a very warm host :)

Gemma is an absolute star. She really made our few days in Naples with all her support and advice. The property reflects her view of trying to provide somewhere she would wish to stay Breakfast is excellent with Italian style food but savoury items like ham, eggs, cheese.

“Superb B&B in the centre of Napoli!”

We had a wonderful stay at La Gemma. Gemma was an excellent host and went out of her way to provide us with information and recommendations. The room was spacious and light and very comfortable, the bathroom likewise. As the B&B is on the 4th floor, there was no noise from the street. The location is very ventral to the historical centre, and within a short walk to the harbour. Piazza Bellini with good restaurants and cafes is just around the corner.

Gemma was a great host and very helpful before and after our arrival, and even pre-warned us of a transport strike, which enabled us to adjust our trip in advance. The facilities were lovely and clean with a kettle in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. There was lots to select from at breakfast, even some homemade cakes. We also got a welcome drink on arrival! The location is also excellent, right near the Via Dei Tribunali with excellent pizzerias and street food. Would definitely stay again!
