“Superb clean accommodation right on the metro and in walking distance to the city center”

The apartment is located in a 3-level residential building away from the busy streets and it is quite quiet. It is in walking distance (10mins) from the entry to the historical center of Naples. There is 6 apartments in the property, all located on the 2nd floor. There is a lift you can use for free (when you enter a code). The owner Diego is very nice man who takes care of you all the time. He also prepared for us an English-style breakfast (scrambled eggs with bacon and toast) together with everyday fresh great Naples pastries, yogurts, winter melon, juice, coffee/tea. One day we needed breakfast a bit sooner to reach Mount Vesuvius in time but no problem for Diego! Metro Materdei is just 5mins from the door. Pizzeria Starita (one of the most famous in Naples) just 100m from the door. The property is modern, very clean. There was room cleaning service every day which was great. I want to say again big thanks to Diego for his care and approach. I can only highly recommend this accommodation!

“An incredible place”

Our host, Diego, is very kind and attentive, and throughout our stay he kept checking if we needed anything. The rooms are magnificent – with very high ceilings and each one decorated in a different, thematic, beautiful, original, and interesting way. I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. The bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom shines, and everything is new and of high quality. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are changed every day. Our favorite place, however, was the breakfast area – a huge room with tall windows, beautiful furniture and tableware, and a wonderful atmosphere. Every morning there was fresh juice, melon, croissants (with small jars of Nutella and jam), various other Italian pastries, and fruit yogurt. Upon request, they also prepare delicious eggs with bacon or cheese. There is also another very pleasant common area where guests can make coffee or tea at any time free of charge, as well as a fridge with cold drinks available for purchase. The location is very convenient for getting quickly from the airport and for walking to the main attractions. But most importantly, the place itself is truly remarkable. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much, Diego!

This was a return visit and everything was as good as the first time. Diego is so hospitable and helpful. The rooms are spacious, attractive and extremely clean. I also like the area the rooms are situated in. It felt safe and it is very easy to get to the main sights.

Diego was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a gorgeous old building built round a Central courtyard, right in the heart of Materdei area. It's close enough to walk to the old town the buzzing Sanita area. The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean, with high ceilings and a big comfy bed.

The Diego was kind, warm and funny in a non intrusive way. The property was immaculate and the decor stunning with a vintage flair. Breakfast delicious with bakery items to die for.

Excellent place to stay in Naples. Really nice, clean and big room, good breakfast and host Diego was super friendly. Metrostation is close, so it is easy to get around the city.

Breakfast was lovely, fruit/selection of pastries/yogurt/eggs & bacon with toast/fruit juice/coffee. Location very close to Metro Line 1 which made getting around very easy. Only 6 rooms in the B&B and very clean Diego was a great host

“A light, airy, spotlessly clean room with a charming host in one of europe's most vibrant cities !”

Diego, our host, could not have been more charming or helpful. You van see that he takes great pride in his establishment - and rightly so ! The room was absolutely spotless - probably the cleanest place in Naples - and was cleaned every day. The towels and linen were also immaculate and were changed during our short stay. Diego has created a beautiful light, airy breakfast room and serves a superb selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, tea and coffee - and a cooked breakfast for anyone who wants it. The rooms are in on the second floor of huge old, now rather shabby Palazzo - it must once have been a magnificent building - and, Thank God, there is a lift. The area around Piazetta Matedei is fairly rough, but it is only short walk down to the historic centre and the Materdei metro station is less than a hundred yards away. ( I cannot speak too highly of the metro, by the way - it is clean, fast and efficient - and Neapolitans are some of the most considerate travellers you could hope to meet. My wife had sprained her ankle just before we came away and was using a stick. Without fail, no sooner had she entered a carriage than somebody would leap up to offer her a stick - and the same was true on the buses.

This place is very clean, has a good decor, centrally located and within walking distance of all major attractions. The host Diego is wonderful and provides excellent breakfast.

“An excceptional experience.”

Location in Materdei is close to the old town and a short walk down to via Toledo and the Archeological Museum. One of the best pizza parlours in Naples - Starita - is five minuters away The modernised rooms are delightfully decorated and located on the 2nd floort of a 300 year old former palace set in a courtyard - a wonderful taste of historic and modern Naples. Diego - a charming and helpful host.

“Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples”

Had the best stay. Diego is super helpful. Location 150 m from Materdei Metro. Rooms are fabulous. Spotlessly clean. I cannot fault this place and plan to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with high-quality decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful design truly enhances the overall experience. Our host was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It’s the perfect getaway, and I will definitely be returning with friends in the future.
