Saverio was a lovely host. Naples is super busy and this apartment was perfect for us to get a bit of calm. The apartment is spacious and clean. The snacks and filled fridge were an absolute treat and so unexpected. What an absolute treat!

Absolutely everything. The apartment is well maintained and has everything you need for a family visit in Naples. The location is fantastic in the Spanish Quarter and one minute walk from Via Toledo. Close to the metro line 1. Saverio is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond for his guests. From when we first booked to our arrival he gave us the best advice, including guiding our taxi driver to the location. He gave the best advice on places to visit and provided much appreciated snacks, water etc that was provided on our arrival. He really did make our stay a special one and we left feeling like we made a new friend. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Naples. We will definitely be back.

It was pretty much perfect. The apartment itself is really comfortable and it's location is outstanding. But the host and the care he goes to to look after his guests is the real clincher. For example. I have stayed in lots of self catering places and some leave you a generous welcome pack, while others leave you next to nothing, but I have never come across the generously stocked fridge and cupboards that greeted us here. I would very strongly recommend this place.

The apartment is superbly equipped with every amenity you could possibly need, with thoughtful details in every corner. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality of Saverio and his wife. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a delightful surprise: the fridge and cabinets were stocked full of snacks, drinks, and sweets, making us feel instantly at home. Saverio is pure generosity. He made us feel at home and went above and beyond to help us offering invaluable advice on transportation, recommending local restaurants, and highlighting the most fascinating sights to see. We not only discovered the beauty of Naples, but also experienced the genuine warmth and kindness that Napolitans are known for through Saverio. Both my friends and I agree that we have never encountered a host like Saverio. Thank you, Saverio, for welcoming us with so much care and making our stay in Naples truly unforgettable.

Saverio is very communicative. He even offered us instructions how to get to the property, what bus to take and where to get off. He even prepared himself a local itinerary with the main attractions around which we could found on the table inside the apartment along with a touristic map. The apartment was very well equipped, he offered us cold drinks and even pastries that we could found in the kitchen and we served them in the morning, everything for free. The rooms were very clean an very spacious and the air conditioning works perfect considering outside we were melting. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything and so close to the Spanish neighborhood where you can find these popular streets designed as a tribute to Maradona. I would recommend Saverio's apartment with all the trust because he is so involved in creating the best experience for you :)

“Amazing host, great stay and value all round.”

The host was extremely welcoming. They gave us free food/drink and hospitality. There were lots of towels and bedding/spare pillows. The air conditioning worked very well. Great location (3-4 min walk to Main Street). It is quiet too. Only thing to note is there are a few stories of stairs to climb - but they are fine if you can walk well.

Everything was amazing! The location was more than ideal, the host was so generous with what he provided (the fridge was stocked up with drinks and snacks!) and the host went out of his way to be kind and caring in order to look after our needs. We left an item at the air BnB and he drove out to the airport to meet us in order to return it! How considerate!!

Lovely, spacious flat, very well fitted out in an excellent location. We came with two families and 3 kids between both, we had everything we needed. Hosts are very nice people and made us feel like home, I wish we had them as family members. We had one of the best stays.

We liked basically everything! Saverio and Sara are super kind, the apartment is clean, comfy and very nice. The location in the Quartieri Spagnoli is very peculiar and offers a real picture of Napoli! Really nothing to complain and a lot of thanks to our guests.
