“Nice weekend”

Good location for two nearby train stations, clean. Staff members very helpful. Pizza place 2 minute walk away and plenty of cafes for breakfast

We booked a room with a balcony and a bathroom with a bath (not just a shower) This was clearly listed on the property details. The first room she gave us had neither of the above. The second had a balcony ( not one you can step out on just fold the doors open) but still no bath. I asked again at reception but was informed that none of the rooms in the whole hotel have baths even though it is listed on the booking.com website. We only stayed one night, left early to a more suitable hotel that actually had what we wanted, what we booked, what we paid for!

Very good location, very close to the Porta Nolana train station for travel to Pompeii and Sorento, easy access to the touristic port for visits to Capri, Amalfi, etc. Very good starting point to visit the historic area of ​​Naples. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly .

The crew was very gentle and nice, they offer us a bottle of Prossecco for Valentines day, which is very generous from them, they also paid us all coffees that we've take, thanks again guys 🙏

Never judge a book by its cover. The hotel lobby looks nice and as we walked in. On entering the hotel we were meant by a hotel receptionist that seemed to be from the Inbetweeners movie. Giving us the room key and telling us where to go. No actual checking in as we were asked to set this up before arriving. Didn't realise I was paying myself for this service. On entering the room, omg what a state. Room was basic, beds hard. Only two plugs, which we had to unplug items to be able to use them. The bathroom stunk from the drains. All the hanging areas were loose and kept falling on the floor. The area was something else. Didn't feel safe at all. The hotel staff on checkout was on the phone, wasn't interested in asking about our stay. The best thing out this place was walking out on to our next destination.

Very spacious room and well equipped. Close to the main train station and from a 20min walk to the Marina Harbour. Good breakfast.

First time in Italy and greeted very kindly and welcoming in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help. The room was clean, few marks on paint on wall however was very nice room. Very accommodating, we were able to leave our bags after check out.

A very clean hotel and not badly located for most tourist attractions staff were so friendly and polite if i was returning i would definatley stay here again
