The location was very central and in the middle of everything, so it was very convenient to get around the city even by foot most of the times. Since the hotel itself is located in the Umberto gallery, the architecture was very grand. The room had high ceilings and was tastefully decorated in the style of its surroundings. I am very fussy about cleanliness and was surprised to see that the room and bathroom room were very clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Special mentions to Teresa at reception who was super helpful in her recommendations. Also to Caterina in the breakfast room for her hospitality and sunny disposition. The breakfast spread was elaborate and had a lot of choices. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and the quality of the services provided by the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast, along with Catharina in the dining room. She was incredibly attentive and kind, bringing such a warm sense of joy and positivity to our mornings. The room was clean and comfortable, and as two girls traveling, we felt very safe throughout our stay.

The range of products is very good, the breakfast room has a beautiful view of the Gallery. However, the real treasure and the crown jewel is Caterina. Always smiling, helpful, big applause for her. The best hotel ambassador.

Location withing the city was convenient. Room was excellent, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady looking after breakfast.

Location of the hotel is amazing, and the building is absolutely beautiful. It is located right in the heart of the city - close to the sea and on Via Toledo the main shopping street. There are lots of great places to eat nearby too. Some of the rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the view inside the galleria is stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful - special thanks to Caterina for making breakfast a fantastic experience every day. Grazie Mille!

The location was fantastic and close to shopping and restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast was great and the hostess Katarina was incredibly welcoming and attentive with a genuine smile that created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

“Fantastic, couldn't be better!”

This hotel is truly fantastic in every way. The location could not be better – right in the centre, with its entrance inside the Galleria Umberto. On the fourth floor, with the lift. Once you are up there the place is exactly as lovely as it looks on the photos. The rooms are wonderful and spacious, the bathroom is roomy and very comfortable, and everything you might need is right at hand. There are bedside sockets, reliable Wi-Fi, high ceilings and beautiful décor. The thick curtains block out the light at night, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. And a special word about the staff, who are there around the clock – incredibly friendly and genuinely amazing people. They made my stay truly unforgettable. I strongly, strongly recommend this place and I am sure I will come back!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing. Marangella and her colleague Gianluca were so polite and welcoming that we felt like family! The view out from the breakfast room overlooked the interior of Galleria Umberto was quite spectacular! Check I by Mauritizio we super efficient and most welcoming. At the front desk everyday were complimentary pasties and sweets. The dazzling artwork on both floors of the Art Hotel Resort was super cool. The cleaning staff were so discreet, polite and accommodating. An immaculate hotel of comfort and style and right in the city centre but also removed from the busy life that Naples exudes so a quiet rest was possible. I could continue with more compliments but simply this is a classy 4 Star hotel that will not disappoint!
