Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All had good english and happy to chat away throughout the day. Good location near Dante square and quiet and peaceful by Naples standards. Good value. The garden is fantastic. I loved starting the day there in the morning with a coffee and winding down there in the evening with a beer.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. The common areas was so cozy and zen ish. I like that it’s very close to the center but when you entering the hopestel is like walking into a peaceful oasis and no noises. And and they have a cute bunny hopping around the place.

10/10 vibes and aesthetic. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even remembered my name immediately. Lots of activities to join in with, and the resident pets are adorable! Bathrooms were spotless and the rooms were great.

Amazing accomodation, the best staff and peaceful big garden, very rare and cozy. Rooms are nice. Walking alone by night as a woman is okay in this neighbourhood.

The staff is outstanding. They remember your name from the minute you step into the oasis of the Secret Garden and even follow up on your day trips. The tranquility in the mornings, the yoga classes and a rabbit making it seem like you are Alice in Wonderland. The service-minded attitude of ALL the staff, never rushing, always a solution, a smile, refilling your water bottle, tips for off the tourist trap excursions or a change of dormitory due to 4 snoring males. 😅 Extremely clean kitchen and bathrooms, cozy, bohemian hangout areas in the garden. The writings on the wall reflect my own mottos and show that there is a deep care for guests and our planet. This is not simply a hostel in Italy, it is a retreat from the bustling streets of Naples. I have never felt so at home in a hostel and I have travelled extensively over 30 years on all continents. The owners clearly have a healthy approach to creating this unique environment for travelers. This is what happens when you put your heart before your bank account. Hats off to a rare breed of business owners! I will be back and in the meantime I will recommend Hopestel to everyone I meet.
