“A fabulous hotel that I thoroughly recommend.”
Location was excellent - getting out and about was very easy. Reception staff were excellent too ( they organised my trips) and everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, helpful and unobtrusive. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo traveller I felt very safe.

“Excellent accommodation fantastic location”
Location is excellent, allowing easy access to ferries, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was first class, continental plus. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace allowing spectacular views of the city and beyond. Rooms are spacious, stylish and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Central location - right next to Toledo underground station. 2 minute walk to via Toledo. Pleasantly calm and quiet, despite this central location. The room was great - good size, had everything we needed

Location is good, very short walk to the port and most main tourism attractions. The view from terrace is amazing. The breakfast was excellence with choice. Staffs of restaurant provided a good service.

“Super hotel in a great location.”
Great location, clean, friendly staff. Really nicely appointed rooms. I think they have had a makeover since some reviews. Breakfast was great. Right next to Toledo Metro Station and via Toledo which is next to the Spanish Quarter where there are loads of tasty food options.

I would like to thank the staff for trying really hard to accommodate us. I made a mistake and made a booking on the wrong date. The staff was really nice and understanding. They managed to find us a room. They even gave us a discount on the price. I really appreciate it.
