“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful.

Due to the location, the hotel provided a free bookable mini bus service to the town centre. Breakfast was predominantly cold meats, cheeses, salads, cakes and fruit, not much hot food choices. There was a very nice roof top bar, but one of the nights it was booked for a private party.

The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent. The property itself is modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, from the very moment we checked in, we felt that many of the staff members appeared unhappy and uninterested in their work. Since the hotel is located far from the city center, the complimentary shuttle service is a great idea. Unfortunately, the driver was extremely aggressive while driving, even though there were children on board. At one point, he openly scolded hotel guests for being only two minutes late for the shuttle, which was quite surprising and unprofessional. There were also issues with our luggage. Our bags were delivered to the room very late, and when they finally arrived, they were not even ours. As a result, we had to wait a long time before receiving our own luggage. The following morning at breakfast, we noticed that several restaurant staff members were behaving rudely toward guests. Eventually, I felt compelled to mention this to one of the employees. In my opinion, the hotel has a staff management problem. The building, facilities, and overall concept of the hotel are excellent, but the attitude and behavior of the staff significantly detract from the guest experience. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself has great potential.

“Amazing hotel”

The quality the hotel was amazing, down to the size of the room and the finishes. Luigi offered fantastic customer service, he was super helpful especially when it came to assisting with arranging private excursions.

“A very nice stay in a beautiful and modern hotel!”

The modern and aesthetically pleasing interior of the hotel. The staff was splendid and very welcoming. The location is near a train station and they even have free shuttle busses to the city centre. Even though the location itself might not be very clean, we felt safe the entire trip. I have no negative remarks to state about this wonderful hotel!

Interior

Food was very nice and prepared quickly, room service was also excellent (and free for pizza) - the views of the volcano were great, beds were cozy and the temperature of room was pleasant - Hotel was very clean, tidy and well maintained. The Staff were attentive and quick to resolve any issues which were raised - they also appeared to all be multi-lingual. All in all I do not have any complaints to make over my stay with the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable room and good facilities for disabled people. Restaurants were both good and fair value for money. Free secure parking was appreciated.

The service was exceptional by all staff. The free shuttle bus was also wonderful. Parking for our hire car was great too and it was nearby. Hotel was easily accessed from the highway.

The hotel is new and comfortable. 20 min drive time to the center of the city. Free shuttle to the city. Free parking. Large room. Good value for money if you just want to stay for a night in Napoli.
