“Good value for money and location”
Communication with Mauro was excellent and he was very accommodating. The apartment is located close enough by foot to the main touristic spots of Naples without being in a busy/noisy area. The room is big enough to comfortably open suitcases and not be cramped. Good value for money.

Perfect location, very close to city center. Easy to find, with clear instructions from the owner. The apartment is bigger than it seems in the pictures! Seems recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Functioning wifi and AC.

Lovely comfortable bed, nice TVs and kitchenette The apartment is newly refurbed and as such, all the furniture is nice and fresh! The water pressure is surprisingly very decent The cleanliness was of a really good standard.

“EXCELLENT CLEAN QUIET UNIT AND EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND HELP FROM ITS OWNER MAURO ESPEDITO.”
The owner, Mauro Espedito was super helpful in getting us in and making sure we were OK and comfortable. During our stay we had open communication with him and he would respond to our questions and needs. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We felt very protected as Mauro made sure we were OK and always responded to our needs as tenants. We highly recommend this rental and give a 10 for the owner Mauro Espedito. Very good unit and very good attention and help from the owner!
